| How to Book In person: The box office is open from 10am to 8pm on Monday to Saturday (also 10am to 8pm on Sundays, when there is a performance in the main theatre). By telephone: Simply call the Box Office on 020 8540 0362 during opening hours or fax your ticket request on 020 8543 6637. By post: Please detail the date, time, ticket price and title of the performance you wish to book for along with your name, address, post code and daytime telephone number with a cheque/postal order or your credit/debit card details, (please do not send cash) enclosing a SAE for the return of your tickets and send to Wimbledon Theatre, The Broadway, London SW19 1QG. Access Wimbledon Theatre’s aim is to be accessible to all and we are committed to making your visit as enjoyable as possible. Please notify the box office of your requirements at time of booking. Main House Stalls only: Street level access is available via Russell Road. Wheelchair accessible lift. 8 wheelchair spaces with seat for companion. Wheelchair accessible toilet and Bar facilities. Main House Full Auditorium: InfraRed system for hearing impaired Studio Patron Lift access from The Broadway. Toilet facilities. Guide dogs are welcome in the Main House and Studio. |
Payment Cash only accepted in person. Cheques & postal orders should be made payable to Wimbledon Theatre. Debit/Credit Cards: We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. Credit card bookings are subject to £1.50 charge per transaction. Reservations: Tickets held on reserve must be paid for within 4 working days or 1 hour prior to the performance, whichever is sooner. Tickets will be held at the box office for collection or posted to you for a fee of 50p. Re-sales: We can only resell tickets if all other tickets have been sold. A charge of £2.50 will be levied for the return of each ticket. Exchanges: Once tickets have been bought, they can be exchanged for a different performance of the same show, however we cannot exchange tickets for a different production. Exchanges are subject to availability, however cash refunds cannot be given. Studio Bargain Monday: 2 tickets for the price of 1 (excluding concessions). Studio Student Rush: Limited number of tickets at £5 available to students 1 hour prior to performances on Tue to Thur and Sat matinees. Subject to availability. Children: Children under the age of 3 are not admitted into the auditorium unless the performance is specifically for young children. All children over the age of 1 must have their own ticket.
